Grassroot Soccer’s Youth Advisory Committee (YAC) centers youth voices and perspectives in the organization’s work. Composed of SKILLZ Coaches, Master Coaches, and Trainers between the ages of 18 to 30 from the communities where Grassroot Soccer works, the YAC informs the organization’s global activities, approach, and thought leadership, while also connecting members to personal and professional capacity and skills development support.
