Praise Dlakama

Praise is a Project Coordinator for Grassroot Soccer based in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. A former SKILLZ Coach and award-winning multimedia journalist, Praise has a passion for storytelling and community development, and has worked in various roles at GRS, including Research Assistant, Communications Intern, and Consultant.

A sports enthusiast, Praise’s love for fitness and sports led him to pursue sports journalism, combining his passions for storytelling, community development, and sports. Growing up, Praise was an avid supporter of Highlanders FC, and he also sympathizes with Tottenham Hotspur in England. During his school days, Praise was actively involved in sports, playing both soccer and cricket.
