Maggie Musonda

Maggie Musonda is an international development consultant with 15 years of experience in program planning, community development, implementation, and government engagement in Zambia. She has built strong partnerships across education, social welfare, community development, and health to drive sustainable results.

She holds an MSc in Peace, Leadership and Conflict Resolution, a BA in Development Studies and Public Administration, and certifications in Public Management, Diplomacy, Protocol and International Relations, and Organizational Capacity Building and Training Delivery. Maggie joined Grassroot Soccer Zambia in November 2019 as a Project Manager and now serves as Senior Programs Manager. She is passionate about youth development and finds fulfillment in supporting adolescents and young people, particularly in addressing SRHR and mental health. She values the organization’s culture of creating safe spaces that encourage meaningful conversations and growth.
