Laura-Jade Richards

Laura-Jade (L-J) Richards leads all U.K and European development at Grassroot Soccer; cultivating strategic partnerships through individuals, major gifts, campaigns, events, corporate, foundations, and institutional partnerships to raise unrestricted funding.

L-J has development experience in both the private and nonprofit sectors. She worked in business intelligence at Sotheby’s Auction House in London, followed by leading the London, South England, and international fundraising portfolios at Cancer Research UK across all major income streams. Prior to joining Grassroot Soccer, she was the Director of Global Development at PeacePlayers International. L-J holds a BA from University College London and Harvard, and a Master’s Degree in Business from Sotheby’s Institute.

L-J lives in London with her daughter.
