Kondwani Kuthyola

A technology enthusiast who enjoys challenging the status quo through impactful ideas.’ Kondwani has extensive IT service delivery experience in South Africa, and has worked on USAID and Bill and Melinda Gates projects in Malawi. In these roles, he implemented digital health systems that improved syndromic surveillance, information access, enabled real-time commodity data capturing and reporting at service delivery points, analysed and visualized data for planning and decision-making, and unlocked systems interoperability. As a Digital Health Specialist at Grassrootsoccer, Kondwani collaborates with teams to utilize technology to increase health information access to young populations in ways that would otherwise be impossible. Kondwani holds a Masters in Information Management, Bsc in Computer Science, a Project Management Professional certification, and more. Kondwani enjoys family time, traveling, web surfing, and playing soccer, ‘a huge Liverpool fan’. Kondwani is based in Lilongwe, Malawi.
