Happy Ncube
Partnerships Program Manager – Zimbabwe
Happy Ncube is a Partnerships Program Manager, based in Zimbabwe, responsible for coordinating and providing technical assistance to GRS partners. She is passionate about adolescent sexual and reproductive health programs, implementing evidence-based programs that improve young people’s health outcomes, and finding actions to address gaps in programming. Happy has previously been involved in managing, designing, and delivering programs in sexual and reproductive health, social norms change, HIV prevention, and mental health. She has experience in partner and stakeholder engagement, networking, and grants management.
Happy has previously worked with two health-focused NGOs and two Research Institutes. Known for her cheerful demeanour, she thrives in environments that foster laughter and positivity. Happy holds a PhD in Health Promotion from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She also earned her MPH from the University of Liverpool, a B.Soc.Sci (Hons) from Lupane State University in Zimbabwe, and a BSc from Solusi University, Zimbabwe.
