Errol Radebe

Errol Radebe is based in Johannesburg South Africa, where he serves as Digital and Partnerships Expansion Specialist, supporting the organization to scale its impact through digital innovation and strategic partnerships. He joined Grassroot Soccer in 2024 as a Training and Partnerships Coordinator and later progressed to Program Manager, where he led the implementation of SKILLZ through key partnerships, driving program delivery and stakeholder collaboration. He brings over 15 years of experience in the youth development sector, including 13 years at City Year South Africa, a national youth development NPO dedicated to advancing National Youth Service and youth pathways through solution-oriented projects in diverse communities.

He has a proven track record in leading youth development programs and building cross-sector partnerships. His strengths include stakeholder engagement, training facilitation, and project administration.
