With a diverse and extensive background, Blaise’s global experience ranges from startups to multinationals; from governments to non-governmental organizations; from the United Nations to social ventures and philanthropic institutions.
Blaise serves on the Supervisory Board of Jumia Technology AG (JMIA, NYSE) where he is a member of the Risk and Audit Committee, the Nomination and Governance Committee, and the Compensation Committee.
Blaise is the Founder of VillageReach and the Resilience Trust. He was the Founder and President of the Nelson Mandela Foundation USA. He held senior leadership positions with global responsibilities at the International Telecommunication Union, Google, Teledesic, AT&T, and Accenture.
He earned an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Diplôme d’Ingénieur from Telecom ParisTech in France and a Master’s degree in mathematics from the University of Montpellier in France.
