Anthony Chazara

Anthony Chazara is a Coach Development Manager, based in Nairobi, Kenya. He leads the organization’s global approach to recruiting, training, and supporting near-peer mentors who deliver adolescent health programming in resource-limited settings. Anthony oversees trainer development, capacity-building systems, and quality assurance, while driving innovation across the full coach lifecycle. He works closely with global teams to digitize training platforms and integrate technology into learning experiences. He collaborates with coaches, partners, donors, and government stakeholders, bringing strong expertise in facilitation, adult learning, and program management. He holds a Master’s degree in Learning Design and Technology, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and certifications in Training of Trainers in Health Education and HIV Management. He enjoys art and drawing in his free time.
