Training Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to lead Grassroot Soccer’s capacity building approach for our near-peer mentors, known as Caring SKILLZ Coaches. These youth-friendly role models are central to GRS’s methodology, delivering our health-focused curriculum while inspiring young people in their communities. The Training Manager will oversee the recruitment, training, and ongoing support of Coaches, ensuring approaches are scalable and effective in resource-limited settings. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in facilitation, adult learning, and program management, with a strong track record in digitizing training platforms. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration across diverse stakeholders—including adolescents, Coaches, staff, partners, donors, and government officials.
