Grassroot Soccer’s SKILLZ Street program has been named a Classy Awards Finalist, one of the 100 most innovative nonprofits and social enterprises of 2017!
The Classy Awards is the largest awards ceremony of its kind recognizing excellence in social innovation. The yearlong initiative identifies and evaluates organizations addressing hundreds of social problems around the world. The winners are determined by the Classy Awards Leadership Council, an honorary board of leaders and experts whose unique perspective and valuable insight establishes this recognition as one of the highest honors in the social sector.
Our program went through a rigorous and intensive application process and was judged using stringent criteria.
You can see all the finalists here. The 10 winners will be announced on June 15th at the Classy Awards in Boston, during the Classy Collaborative, the largest social innovation event of the year.
