This fall Grassroot Soccer Co-Founder Ethan Zohn can be seen sporting his sharp looking, yellow Grassroot Soccer T-shirt all over the globe as he competes on Season 19 of the Emmy-Award winning CBS show The Amazing Race, and sharing inspiring stories every Saturday morning on the new ABC show Everyday Health.
On The Amazing Race, Ethan and long time partner Jenna Morasca are one of eleven teams competing in a race around the world for the prize of $1 million. Contestants have to solve clues, conquer challenges, and navigate their way through multiple countries. Ethan and Jenna are both previous winners of CBS’s Survivor and although they aren’t newcomers to reality TV, they diligently prepared for the unknown on the Race through tough physical training and strategizing their approach. Several of the cast members, including Zohn, will be racing for GRS on our ING NYC Marathon Team, including Dr. Justin Young, Jeremy Cline, Sandy Draghi, and both Marie and Elizabeth Canavan. The show is currently airing on Sunday nights on CBS. Look for the Grassroot Soccer t-shirt throughout!
Each Saturday morning you can catch Ethan Zohn along with co-hosts Jenna Morasca and Laila Ali, on the new ABC show Everyday Health. The show highlights inspiring stories of people who have been affected by a health crisis and who are now “paying it forward,” delivering a message of hope and healing to others with that condition. Just as GRS coaches affect change in their communities through our programs, the individuals and groups on this show are making a difference in their own communities.  Tune in to see Ethan and his co-hosts celebrate the human spirit.
